1. Keep clean:

② Keep the working table, guide roller, button and other parts of the machine clean and free from dirt such as oil pollution;

③ Keep the rubber head clean, and there should be no dirt or coke block sticking to it; Especially, check whether there is any crack on the rubber roller regularly. Once cracks occur, the pattern will be cracked out during the transfer process.

④ Keep the scalded material clean and free from dust and oil pollution; Especially, plastic products, such as too many demoulding agents, may lead to a lower transfer fastness. ⑤ The operator's hands should be kept clean, and there should be no oil stain or sweat on the flower film or scalded products;

2. Stamping temperature: the temperature of stamping varies according to the glue used by the stamping equipment and the flower film. Some people always think that if the fastness is not enough, the temperature will be increased continuously. This method is incorrect. Sometimes different products need to be used at different temperatures.

3. Stamping pressure: the stamping pressure must be adjusted to the most appropriate, too large may damage the rubber head, and even more, it can cause scald of the product. If it is too small, it will affect the fastness of stamping. When adjusting to the most appropriate position, lock the screws to avoid the deviation caused by the shaking of the machine during mass production.

4. Stamping time (speed): the stamping time (speed) shall be determined according to the specific stamping material. The faster the speed is, the higher the production efficiency is under the condition of ensuring the stamping effect. However, some products must be transferred by slow stamping due to certain special conditions, such as the transfer of iron and aluminum.

In a word, temperature, pressure and speed are the three most important factors in the hot transfer film stamping process. It is necessary to adjust to the most appropriate temperature, pressure and speed to make the most perfect products. Finally, we should remind you that the heating process of the heat transfer machine should adopt the method of sectional heating, otherwise, the silica gel wheel is easy to damage, the retail sale of this thing is still quite expensive, these consumables are not guaranteed. However, the waste rubber wheel should not be discarded at will, and it is recycled.
